What Happens On My First Visit
Your first appointment is a 1 hour assessment; this is when we gather information about you to assist us in writing an
exercise program tailored to you.
Please bring relevant reports. After your initial consultation you can join a small group
class or continue to have private classes.
All classes are supervised by a qualified Pilates practitioner.
Remember! The first 10 classes will be your biggest learning curve, the next 10 classes you will be able to breathe
and coordinate movement at the same time, after that you are on your way to Pilates perfection.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring clean socks and a towel.
